Why we started
The best places were getting left out.
We kept asking assistants for local recommendations and noticing the same thing: much-loved neighborhood spots missing from the answers, while places with clearer websites and fuller profiles were named again and again.
The reasons were rarely mysterious. A Google profile with half the services missing. A menu only available as a photo. A Yelp page nobody had claimed. Hours that said one thing on Instagram and another on Google.
All fixable. That’s our job: find what’s holding you back, fix it in the right order, and show you the evidence as it changes.
